What are your hours?

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM    
                                              


What if I cannot make it in during these hours?


We have an envelope and a mail slot to the right of the front door to drop your vehicle off when it is convenient for you. Just park your car in the lot, fill out the envelope, put your keys inside the envelope, and drop the envelope through the slot. We will give you a call at the number you leave to discuss what we are going to do with your vehicle. You can also print out our "Night Drop" form and fill it out in the comfort of your own home
ahead of time.



What if I cannot pick up my car when you are open?
 

If you would like you can give us a credit card number over the phone and we can bill your credit card and leave the keys with the vehicle for you.



Do you take credit cards?


You bet. We take both Master Card, VISA, M/C, Cash, Check and Money Orders  



Do you have a warranty?

12 Month / 12,000 mile warranty 




Will you work on my car before calling me?

We will not start work on your vehicle until you are contacted with an estimate and are aware of the costs.




What kind of cars do you work on?

We work on most all Domestic, Japanese, and European automobiles. Feel free to call us to discuss your particular car.



Do you work on Saabs and BMWs?
 

We work on Audi, Saab, BMW, Land Rover, Jaguar, Mercedes, and Porsches.



Do you know where I can get a rental car to use while you are working on mine?

 
Enterprise Car Rental is the place to go. They will pick you up at home, work, or at our shop. Their phone number is 425-391-9495. 



Do you offer a shuttle service?
 

We offer a free shuttle service for North Bend and surrounding areas for your convenience. 



Will you tow my vehicle in for me?

We do not provide in-house towing, but please call any North Bend towing facilities or AAA
